Research found that whole egg consumption boosts pathways of glutathione, conjugation, methylation, glucuronidation, and detoxification of reactive oxygen species.

Here are some of the nutrients in eggs, not even a complete list. 

Copper: Zinc   1 egg:  .36 mg to .65   That's a 1:2 closer to an ideal ratio than the 1:15 given the official RDA. 

Ideal ratios depend on how long one has been copper deficient: Zinc is more abundant in commonly eaten muscle meat. Copper is in eggs and organ meats not eaten in as high amounts.

  • Cell and mitochondrial structures.
